The Trust Care Group is celebrating a double success after receiving national and regional recognition in the prestigious carehome.co.uk Top 20 Awards 2026.
With homes across Doncaster, Barnsley, Wakefield and North Lincolnshire, Trust Care has been named one of the Top 20 Mid-Size Care Home Groups in the UK. At the same time, its Town Moor House care home in Doncaster has secured a place among the Top 20 Care Homes in Yorkshire & the Humber.
The awards are based entirely on reviews from residents and their families, making them one of the most trusted indicators of quality within the care sector.
Town Moor House, which provides residential, dementia and respite care, recently celebrated receiving a perfect 10/10 score on carehome.co.uk, reflecting consistently outstanding feedback from families.
The daughter of one resident commented: “We are absolutely over the moon since putting our mum in this care home. The staff are all wonderful with the residents, they’re always jolly and happy and can’t do enough for the visitors and residents. The place is lovely and clean and very homely.”
The recognition reflects the continued commitment of teams across Trust Care’s homes to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in welcoming, home-from-home environments.
Alongside its latest awards, Trust Care has also seen strong results from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with, Holly Tree Lodge in Barnsley rated Outstanding for care and holding a 10/10 score on carehome.co.uk, Attlee Court in Wakefield rated Good across all domains and Wrawby Hall near Brigg rated Good overall and Outstanding for care
