” My journey into the world of care began 15 years ago, following a life-changing accident. It was during this challenging time that I witnessed first-hand the incredible impact caring, compassionate, and dedicated professionals can have on individuals’ lives. Inspired by their kindness and commitment, I made the decision to transition from my career in accountancy to pursue a path in care. In 2015, I ventured into elderly care, and it’s been a fulfilling journey ever since.
Joining Trust Care two years ago has only deepened my passion for this field. Every day, I feel privileged to be the Manager at Woodlea, making a difference in the lives of our residents alongside my dedicated team. Together, we strive to provide a nurturing and fun-filled environment, where residents truly feel at home. Being able to do what I love, surrounded by such an incredible team, makes me grateful every single day.
